Service ARM payments, how to fix the error?

There is an arm payments service, which they have been obliged to use recently, the connection goes through vipnet, authorization through public services, at one of the stages of accrual formation an error appears if someone came across a request for help.
Installed on the computer:
- windows 7 x64
- firefox 47 (recommend exactly this version)
- Java 8, tried 7 the same thing
- Cryptopro 3.6

Call support and look for a specialized forum. Usually, for any public services service, there is a specialized forum where people communicate precisely on this issue. I did not come across this workstation directly, but I had to deal with other services.
Usually, if the service is just being implemented, then there are a lot of different errors, but in a couple of months they bring the service to mind, so that you can work with it, and in the future everything already works quite quickly and reliably.
