How to register a route?

My router is connected to the Internet using a dedicated address. Zyxel keenetic start
and also connected to a foreign vpn server by connecting ipsec / l2tp
, you need to split the traffic on the router so that you can go to the online game through a dedicated address and the ping was low, and all other traffic through the vpn.
let's say:
internal network of the router 192,168,1,0
network with a dedicated address 192,168,2,0 (address 192,168,2,22)
vpn network 172,16,1,0 (server address 172,16,1,1, client address 172 ,16,1,30)
the router does not allow creating rules due to its inferiority, it only offers to specify the priority of connections and set routes.
or it is possible to register a route on Windows.
thanks in advance for your help.

@vampire333

I decided on the router like this:
1. removed the default gateway
2. added a route to toy addresses like: {game server address} {mask} {public address network gateway} {metric 1}
3. added a route to addresses like 0.0.0.0 via vpn with metric 5.
now works

There is no sense in routes on Windows if the router does not know anything about them.
