I thought to pay with a qiwi wallet to some kind of bourgeois, and there, without identification, only in Russia is possible.

Somehow looking. It definitely doesn’t shine in .ru (.su, .rf and others controlled by the rucenter). You can try to search for geodomains, the registrars of which take kiwis (and not with the kiwi card, but with the kiwis themselves! The kiwi map is somehow not particularly quoted :)). But these will be zadripan geodomains. And of course, if the proe ... l - it's easier to quit and take a new one :)
