How to refuse services of foreign hosting?

I ordered a VPS service at 123systems.net. VPS turned out to be such crap (constantly falling, creating 3 tickets a day, when I scored to fight, then all sites flew off the index and sank in positions). I paid for the Internet service with a Privatbank card. In general, I sent them to hell and politely asked for a refund, but they refused. I scored for money and now, a year later, I discovered that this hosting was making requests to pay for services on my card, and it’s good that there was no money there. I immediately went to the 123systems.net panel and made a request to disable the service. It's been a month and the service hasn't stopped. All this time, I periodically receive a notification that this service is trying to withdraw money from my card. As a result, I had to block the card so as not to accidentally replenish it with an amount sufficient to pay for the services of the fucking Pindos hosting. What to do?

1) Never link a card to unknown services. Pay via paypal.
2) Read reviews before buying a hosting/server. There are many good foreign VPS (digitalocean, leaseweb, etc.)
3) Write to support and ask to untie the card. No one will return your money.
