How to refresh page via pjax?

I don’t understand how to refresh the page when clicking on links inside the sites? All views have the same container. I need the header to always be in place without reloading.
The pjax docs have examples with gridview only.
I work with yii2 .
UPD: just added begin and end, enclosing the desired container. But it only works locally inside the controller. For example, in /site/ it works with all links that are in site, if I go to /board/, then the page is loaded again. What is the problem?
