How to cut power consumption of amd system in half?
Processor: 3700x
GPU: 5700xt reference I

admit a decrease in processor power by 70%, because I don’t load it more than 30%.

What for?
If you do not load more than 30%, then it will not consume the rest of the energy
. It does not plow at 100% all the time ... there is a built-in energy saving system
