How to reduce the amount of cache in phpstorm?

Good evening.
PhoStorm version 2018.1.4, using Ubuntu 16.04.
The phpstorm/system/cache directory in /home "weighs" 37 Gb.
This is normal, is it possible to reduce the amount of space occupied by the cache?
Updated to 2018.2.5, moved the settings, the cache directory is only 1.1 Gb for the new version.
I tried in 2018.1.4 File -> Invalidate Caches / Restart -> Invalidate and Restart, but the volume did not decrease, 37 Gb remained.
