How to restart ssh session?

Good day! Debian 10 system. When I do not write to the project for a long time, the ssh session disappears and in order to reconnect to the project I need to close all phpStorm in the system. And it doesn't matter that you have many copies open to different projects. Until you close everything and restart it, the session will not restart.
I turned on the echo in the sssh settings, it doesn’t help, or rather it helps but not for long (the vpn is not stable for the client, it sometimes breaks)
I can’t contact the support of the brines, since everyone was tormented with this issue. Now I'm already studying other IDEs, but for now I have to be in a storm.
Can anyone suggest how to solve my situation.
