How to reduce svg code?

I created a shape in Photoshop, if you right-click on the layer, there will be a list in which there is a "Copy SVG" function, so this SVG code is kilometer long, is there any way to reduce the size of the code?

PS: You need to create a similar figure for the layout of the site, if you insert a picchu, then it weighs a lot, and if svg, but kilometers of symbols, I don’t know how to do it yet ... If you have ideas, I will be glad to read!

It's not SVG. This is a regular raster png image that was encoded in base64 and inserted into SVG. There is no way to compress (well, that is, how much will you compress a bitmap image?). You need to draw this thing initially in a vector, then it will be small and neat.

Open in any vector editor (for example, Adobe Illustrator), find the tab in the "Trace" menu, trace, save as SVG.
Photoshop does not work with SVG since it is a vector format, but Photoshop is a raster editor.
Good luck.
