How to reduce laptop heat?

Notebook Asus N550JK.
At 20% load on the processor (about 80% for one core and 5% for the other 3), it often heats up to 80-85 degrees. At the same time, the coolers work quite quietly, they apparently do not care that the laptop is too hot. I cleaned it from dust, though it really wasn’t there - the laptop was half a year old. For the same reason, I think that there are no problems with thermal paste either.
What can be done to lower the temperature of the laptop? In addition to the cooling pad - in this case it is a crutch.
And another question: where can this 20% load on the processor come from? The task manager shows that the System process is eating about 15%, what could be wrong with it? As far as I remember, this process has always consumed so much on my laptop, but something is a bit too much.

there can be many reasons. from breaking the power circuit to breaking the integrity of the tunnel for dumping hot air (the air pinches back into the case). loose fit of the radiator, dry thermal paste, an attempt to overclock the processor (almost dead). overclocking through bios. for some reason, the external vidyukha went out and the load fell completely on the built-in one. in short, a tambourine in hand and forward ... to the service center. there you make sad eyes and say - what the hell!!! warranty!!!! He hasn't been this hot before!

I advise you to check the temp paste again + whether the heatsink is tightly attached to the CPU.
To see what gives you the load on the CPU - download the process explorer, this is such an advanced task manager
. And more about the temperature
. Google the automatic shutdown temperature for your CPU on the network. If monitoring shows that it is already far beyond this limit, but the laptop is working, then the sensor is lying. This happens, I saw a temperature of 145 degrees on a friend's laptop ...
If it really cuts down at this temperature, then it's better to demolish the machine for service.

In a similar case, this thing helps me:

Only I have a problem that the laptop is fast warms up and starts to make noise, which is annoying. And with additional blowing, it makes noise very rarely when I specifically load it.
PS Even in the BIOS settings, ASUS has an option, I don’t remember what it’s called, but it’s like “Keep quiet”, when the fans spin very lazily and do not accelerate.

The problem with the laptop is that it has to keep the cooling capacity in line with the CPU/GPU load.
Either problems with the software of the cooling system, or hardware problems of the cooling system.
If it is cut down - definitely carry it in for repair. A non-broken laptop is not cut down from overheating.

And with the help of which program did you find out about 80-85 degrees? (It should be borne in mind that programs often show incorrect data) Or is the case itself hot to the touch?

If the laptop itself is hot, then you have a layer of felt (dust) on the blow ... if the laptop behaves as usual, that is, it does not heat up, look towards the thermal paste.

And I have not only a stand, but also a transformer table for a sititek bamboo laptop. it really cools and the convenience of work increases several times, since you can afford to lie on the couch while working.
