How to reduce false notifications when performing scheduled operations?

Situation: there is an infrastructure in which routine operations are performed at night and on weekends (backup, database maintenance, etc.) and there is zabbix, which has triggers for this matter.
I do not want to increase the value of triggers, because so you can skip
the real problem the necessary information on the load on the system.
Does Zabbix have a mode to simply disable triggers on a flexible schedule?

Service - in theory, just what you need: notifications will not be sent, but data will continue to be collected, and triggers will work and be displayed in zabbix itself.
