1. Advise, please, how to make the height of the "News" block at least two times smaller or adjust it so that it is aligned depending on the amount of text? Now there is little text and a lot of empty space.
Tell me, please, the teapot, in which file and what to change?

2. And how to change the shape of the photo in this block, now they are framed in circles. How to make a photo fit into a rectangle and so that the width of the image is equal to the width of the block? Where is it to edit?

Your height is already explicitly set to 799px in your styles. Just take it away.
