How to redirect UDP traffic through proxy on android?

I have an application on my phone that communicates via UPD (this is not iptv), its traffic needs to be redirected through a proxy.
I rummaged through several google pages for "udp proxy android".
I did not manage to find a program that can be in udp, maybe you know how to do this?

I also have my own proxy server, it supports proxying UPD requests.
