How to redirect traffic to another provider?

there are two providers 1.1.1.1 and 2.2.2.2, and there is iptv 3.4.4.4 how do I redirect the network 172.16.25.0/24 so that iptv with ip 3.4.4.4 comes out from address 1.1.1.1 and only one address with iptv and nothing more.

1. Describe normally the circuit l3. Now you have two ip providers, an internal network and some other ip that is not clear what it refers to. 3.4.4.4 - what is this? IP of the interface on Mikrotik, ip of the device inside the network, ip of the service from your provider?
2. NAT. What do you have with him?
This is implemented either through nat rules, or through marking-based routing, or perhaps just using a bridge on the wan interface.
