How to redirect requests to another htaccess folder?

We have a page like
mysite.ru/projects/portfolio1/index.html
in index.html
, the paths in the images are configured like this
img src="img/slowpock.png"
How to write a rule
If we have an Url like /projects/
then request files by address:
/projects/portfolio1/img/
