How to redirect facebook.com to 192.168.1.228 internally?

Let me explain how it should be in the end.
A LAN client with IP 192.168.1.220, accessing any page from a browser (as I understand it HTTP / HTTPS 80/443), should not go where it wants, but to an internal server at 192.168.1.228:80.
Googled, but did not understand what this "redirect" operation is called. Outgoing or incoming is traffic and relative to whom.
The router on OpenWRT 12.09-rc1 is available.

Either ask for help, or modify the hosts file on the user's PC (this is an option if there is 1 such user, it will be much easier).
