How to redirect documents folder on 2012R2?

From what I understood my action plan - Create a separate OU for this server (so that it does not transfer to other servers), assign a policy with a redirect to E :/Documents, reload, wait 10 minutes after reboot, during which the files will be transferred, enjoy life?

My version in the original post is also suitable, but with a blot - because policy is only for the user, then you need to enable loopback processing with security filtering on the machine.
