How to redirect all requests by mask to one ip?

I work with docker under Windows via wsl. Under the docker, I have traefik running, but the problem is that the ip of the docker changes after each reboot. I would like to redirect all requests to sites of the * .local type to the docker ip using the means of Windows itself. And so that after each reboot it changes to the current one.
