Black screen with mouse (winlogon.exe error), what is it and how to treat it?
I started the computer today, and instead of loading Windows, it gives out a black screen with such an inscription (first photo), then this inscription disappears and a cursor appears, sometimes this inscription reappears for a few seconds and then disappears. Sometimes when rebooting, such a screen appears (second photo).
I sin on RAM, I bought it recently, I checked it by memtest, of course, she had a lot of errors, 50 thousand (third photo) but I thought, okay, I’ll sit with her for now, not before her now (there were some others me questions that needed attention), in general, I sat with her like that, and more recently, crashes from applications and errors began. And this morning, here is such garbage, although it may not be her fault for everything, because. the same garbage comes out with the old RAM now (after all this garbage happened, I decided to change the operative, "suddenly disappears", did not disappear).

In general, it is impossible to work with broken memory. You are very lucky that you spent some time on a broken RAM.
It looks like you ruined Windows because of broken memory.
First, change the RAM to a known working one, then try to recover using standard procedures.
If it doesn't help, reinstall Windows.
