How to recover password in yii2?

Goodnight! I use the advanced version of yii2, and there I use the built-in password recovery function, I go there and write the user's email and click send, after that it immediately sends me to the main page, and nothing is sent to the mail. I don’t understand what the problem is, it seems that after sending, a flash message about sending or an error should come out, but nothing comes out. Help what could be the problem? Either you need to set up support email in the config, or it should work like this without it.

And I also don’t have a username in the user table, I use email to log in if this somehow affects the sending.
