Question for more experienced developers.
Please tell me: I
am designing a database for the first time, I read the basic principles that must be followed.
I think that database design is the foundation of an application and it is worth taking the time to do this, is it?
What mistakes I made, what needs to be corrected, I am attaching an image from Mysql Workbench.
I work with the Yii framework.
The tables in the Yii-user module and Yii-rights module Layers are designed by the developers of the respective modules.
The fields in the tables and the tables themselves in the Event layer were inherited from the previous developer, I haven’t managed to figure it all out yet.

The task is not complete. You need a chain: Entity logic->ER diagram->DB schema then you will get a clear answer
