How to recover MicroSD memory card?

The memory card seems to have been pulled out of an Android smartphone.
It has one ext4 partition.
Data read from the computer, the smartphone tries to repair the memory card, thinks for a long time and warms up, then goes to reboot, the download hangs until it is pulled out.
Repair of the file system ends with nothing. Repartitioning too, execution:
dd if=/dev/zero of=/dev/mmcblk0
And writing 32 GB of zeros did not lead to anything that was on it - that was left, without any damage.
I tried Linux, Mac OS X - both tried to do at least something by different means, but turned out to be powerless, the memory card cannot be formatted, overwritten with zeros, re-partitioned, in general, it reacts exactly to all operations in no way.
What else can be applied to it after dd? The data was successfully copied, it's a pity to throw it away.

The card controller has entered read-only mode. You can try flashing flash drives with a separate controller. Microsd or all-in-one disks (monolith) are extremely difficult, it's easier to buy a new one.
