How to recover files from partition after LVM write?

Stupidly when installing Debian, I installed lvm on a disk partition that had information on it. Unable to mount, writes that this is an LVM volume. To mount, you need to specify pv, vg and lv, and create a file system.
Using fdisk, I set the partition type to Linux filesystem, instead of Linux LVM, but when mounting it writes wrong fs type.
Maybe someone knows how you can painlessly restore data?

Do not perform any further write operations to the disk. The probability that you can do something, after which the disk will work "as it was", seems to be very low, but it is quite possible to overwrite some amount of necessary information.
Remove the drive from your computer, connect it to a Windows machine, download R.saver (data recovery software) and run a full scan.
Beforehand, make sure that no programs or operating systems write / will not write anything to the disk, and do not save anything to it yourself (including the archive with the program).
Of course, refuse if Windows prompts you to initialize or format the disk.
If we are talking about the SSD, prepare in advance and do not turn it on in vain - the TRIM command can erase data irretrievably. You must either act quickly or turn it off.
In general, the prospects look good, because you have not written a large amount of new data to disk.
