Does the write speed degrade when mirroring an lvm partition from one disk to another (ssd->usbflash)?

The idea is to place all system-independent configs on a flash drive, home in the first place, and be able to use them on several systems, synchronizing through this flash drive. On the flash drive, expand the mirror of the lvm section with the necessary files.
