Disk system for MySQL 150GB?

Good afternoon, It is
necessary to raise a MySql server with a heavy MyISAM database of about 150GB, a lot of update and select
CentOS 7, 4x1TB of disk
I think how best to allocate space and how to assemble disks in general.
- Maximum operating speed
- Safety margin for hardware, say, 1 disk
- Well, the backup is hot
RAID 10 comes to mind and LVM and logical volumes in /, /boot, /tmp, /var/lib/mysql under xfs control
What do you have ideas?

@Sanasol

RAID 1 with SSD
is enough to work fine at this size.
Naturally, if the base is normally done, indexes, etc.
Everything else, as you wish, is already personal preference.
Backups to hdd/other server.
