How to recover files from an external hard drive?
I had a bunch of data on my external drive. The last time when I was sitting under Linux, everything was ok, but I didn’t turn off the HDD when I switched to Windows,
and after Windows was updated and switched back to Linux, some of the files were already gone !!!
How to recover files??
tried EaseUS but didn't help, doesn't show missing files

mentioned above - an exceptionally simple and convenient data recovery utility. It is enough for her to specify the target disk / partition, and the one to which the found files should be dumped. No "analysis" and other excesses. The structure of attachments found (folders-subfolders-files) remains the same as it was on the source.
For me, R.Saver easily restored my photo archive, which was accidentally deleted "irrevocably" (that is, not to the Recycle Bin, due to the huge volume).
