How to recover data on SATA HDD?

Good afternoon everyone. There was such a problem. Data has disappeared on one of the logical partitions of the hard drive. The file system itself has crashed. Defined now as RAW. When I try to access drive D, I get an access denied error. Tell me how you can recover data from the logical drive D, which has the RAW file system. Should I format this section? Or is it possible to somehow try to pull out the data without formatting?

@opium

you should not format
first go through some kind of rstudio or any other recovery program
if the disk is physically bad, then immediately carry it to the recovery office

I started reading such a disk through a SATA-USB adapter, the file system was defined as NTFS

The correct algorithm:
1) check the SMART indicators
1.1) if normal - step 2
1.2) if not, we begin to "be careful", pull out the disk and study the planned actions.
2) create an image of the partition, without compression, ideally linux and ddrescue
3) and now we start working with the image, using data recovery programs
If you are not sure, you can give the image to the pros
