How to recover data on a server in Hetzner?

Received a disappointing letter from Hetzner:
Dear Mr. Vasulets
Unfortunately, a near simultaneous double disk failure in vHost 1013, where your
VPS with IP *** is located, has caused the RAID10 to be destroyed.
Despite extensive rescue attempts, we regret that we have not been able to recover
any parts of your virtual VPS hard drive. We very much regret this incident and
would like to apologize for the inconvenience. The probability of two hard drives
failing in a vHost at the same time is very low. Please note that your server is
currently booted up into the Rescue System with the following root password
There are no backup copies, there were 4 sites on the server. If the opportunity to save the data?

It is possible to draw a conclusion about the benefits of version control systems and database backups.

I'm sorry for your loss, but you're in this SSBN situation. Backups and replication are not just invented.
If the data is very important, there is a chance to persuade the hoster to send you disks and give them to specialists for recovery.
