How to recover .bak file?
There is a logical drive to which MS SQL backups are copied. The .bak files are created and then these files are copied to another server and deleted. Files are deleted by bat file with rmdir /s /q command. Now you need to restore the last created backup. After deleting the last backups, the contents of the disk did not change. And here the intrigue begins: not a single recovery program (R-studio, ZAR, Disk drill) even sees the remnants of these files. And that's actually the main problem.

If there is nothing directly at all, then the file could be overwritten. This is more likely if a lot of time has passed since the deletion and / or the disk with the deleted file was actively used.
First of all, you need to ensure the complete absence of any write operations to the disk on which the remote SQL backup was stored.
Download the free R.saver and run a full scan. See what you can find with it.
Here also do not save the archive with the program to the disk from which the backup was deleted.
If nothing is found in automatic mode, then it may make sense to search with your hands, but this is a separate task.
Also, if we are talking about SSD, the desired backup could be deleted by the TRIM command (if so, then the situation becomes sad). Hoping this hasn't happened yet, it's a good idea to disable TRIM.
