@opium

And why does he need to understand the raid, run it under the system that already exists there and the raid is already visible in the system

Is it possible to recover data from raid 10?

Yes, you can. If you want to take the risk and work "hot", then stop all write operations on the array. Download the free R.saver, extract it to another disk or flash drive, run a full RAID scan, and restore the found data: https://rlab.ru/tools/rsaver.html
The result should be better than in Recuva (which my information, lately "lag behind"), and at the level of the best commercial programs (the same r-studio).
The best (safer) option would be to turn off the server, number the disks, remove them and connect them directly to another computer. R.saver should see the disks and build the array automatically. Further work is similar to that described above, only the recovery will be performed from the virtual reconstruction of the RAID array.
In addition, you can use an intermediate option, which is also safer than the "hot" one in terms of no write operations. Throw the unpacked R.saver on a bootable flash drive - the program is initially completely portable and does not require installation.
- PS -
You are unlikely to need it (a service for those whose array has "flew" and is no longer visible), but if it suddenly turns out that everything is really bad, we can do RAID recovery remotely (via the Internet).

@Dagzio

you can try to make it with a good RECUVA program - https://kichkas.biz/progi/208-recuva-klyuch.html , there is a thorough process for finding deleted files

Haven't written anything from the data yet?
Portable versions of software for recovering deleted data and limiting / backing up the necessary folders to other media.

If the RAID is hardware (level 10 implies that this is most likely the case), then you can take an image of the entire array and set R-Studio on it.
