How to recover all URLs on OpenCart?

Finally completed the site, but there was a very big trouble! I wanted category Urls to be automatically written and installed several modules. However, none of the modules wanted to work, and moreover, they killed the module that automatically created the Url of the product. Then I deactivated these modules and sent them to the trash.
Now the URL generation is completely dead (and on the products), and on the local version (on which I decided to try to fix this bug), the Url of several hundred products was deleted altogether. Recovery does not help, apparently the integrity of some file is broken.
I really look forward to your help, because I'm afraid that all URLs will also be lost on the main site.
There is SEOPRO. OC 2.0
UPD1 Just recovered from a week-old archive - nothing. Again, the auto URL does not plow.
Could VQMOD fall away?

Everything, back off! Found an error. And all for the future - when you change the name of the admin folder, view your modules!
