How to recover a microSD card?

There is a microSD card, which for a long time was the main one in the old Android smartphone. After some time, it became non-working. The phone simply does not see it, the tablet offers to format it, reboots when formatting, and when you insert this flash drive through a USB card reader and an OTG cable, it either does not advance further than the "Check for errors" item or does not see it at all. When this flash drive is installed in a PC via an SD adapter, it does not see it, and when this flash drive is inserted through a USB card reader, it is seen in the PC as a regular flash drive, but when you try to change / delete something on it, Explorer starts not responding. Folders / files open, but for a very long time. One folder of 12 MB was copied for half an hour. I tried to format (both in the usual and quick way, and even through the console), it did not help. What to do? It's not even so important for me to save data from it, you just need a microSD flash drive, tk. ran out of memory on the tablet.
