How to recover a jpg photo?

Welcome all!
How can I recover photos from a flash drive? The photo file itself is there, but nothing opens :( I tried to restore Bad copy, scalpel and photorec.
The result is zero.

Try to open it with a text editor and see what the jeep was sent there.
