How to make copies of NTFS partitions or the entire hard drive directly to the cloud?

There is western ide 80 GB and Sam 250 GB sata 2...
Each has one system and a couple of logical partitions. All NTFS.
It is necessary before data recovery to throw off a copy of the partitions from the screw to the cloud as mega / yandex .. 50 / 10GB ..
In theory, is this possible, right? Dd? Acronis true image ?
Although easy recovery / r studio / recuva file recovery utilities are capable of this ...?
I plan to upload 10-300 GB to the cloud ...
There is just no normal screw with me ...
RAM \u003d 3GB ...
Or is it still 500-16000 MB per phone flash drive, for example, and then to the cloud?

@demon416nds

directly problematic,
but no one bothers to run Windows or Linux from a USB flash drive,
run under the operating system, say Norton ghost (with maximum compression and splitting the archive into volumes) and, as soon as you are ready, upload it to the cloud
