You can try . Stop the wheelbarrow immediately, boot from the flash drive and run scanners for deleted files from it. R.saver for example is a wonderful thing.

restore file after deletion from recycle bin
deleted txt file from desktop

From the desktop to the trash, and then from the trash?
Turn off the computer (better - hard, straight pulling the power cable, because the system may not die, but every second of work reduces the likelihood of a successful recovery). Boot from LiveCD/DVD/flash. Then
1) run the scanner for deleted files (I recommend Recuva) on behalf of SYSTEM (via ps.exe) and watch the deleted files in the trash folder.
Ignore the name - when placed in the trash, the file is renamed. However, the extension is preserved. So watch all found .TXT files - what's inside. Do not be surprised if there are several copies - take the most recent,
If it did not help, then
2) launch a scanner with direct disk access (I recommend DMDE) and search for the known contents of the file (a substring of 10-20 characters, but more or less original) in unused disk space or even throughout the entire disk. copy the found pieces (most likely there will be many of them), and then recreate the file from them (however, there is a chance that the entire text from the file will be found).

Maybe it's lying around in shadow copies.
If not, you can search on the disk, but the chances of recovering tend to zero.
