How to recover a diskette?

There is an old floppy disk that I pawed with my hands on the disk itself (what's inside) and in general it was unnecessary. Now I found a flopik and the deck became interesting, but now :) when formatting, the zero track is damaged, 500 bad sectors. How to fix it at least a little: D Even the files that are there are not so important, how easy it is to format and so that you can use it
