How to recover a deleted MySQL database?

Good afternoon!
I'm new to server administration, but I need to solve one problem.
There is a server on Debian with web server management on ispmanager'e.
Accidentally deleted an important database (MySQL DBMS) without having time to make a backup.
It is impossible to restore the database using ispmanager'a.
Therefore, I suggested that it is possible to restore the directory with files (tables) at /var/lib/mysql and restore the database based on them.
But it did not work, I tried several programs:

  • TestDisk and extundelete: Can't see device
  • foremost and scalpel: Lack of knowledge to create a config for file types: frm, MYD, MYI.
Namely, specify the beginning and end of the file ...

Questions:
  1. What other ways are there to recover a deleted database?
  2. Why doesn't "fdisk -l" list devices?
  3. What is the config for restoring files like frm, MYD, MYI in front or scalpel?

First you need to stop everything on the server so that there is no writing to the server
. The format of muscle files can be looked at in Google, file recovery is a chore and for a long time without delving into the essence, nothing can be restored, so first you have to read and experiment for a week on another server
