How to record video or to a voice recorder so that the file is not damaged if someone pulls out the battery from the android phone and deletes the recording?

A group of people beat me and deleted all the files from the phone, the file on which the attack itself was recorded turned out to be damaged, probably due to the fact that one of the attackers pulled the battery out of a working phone, or damaged the 3gp video file in some other way.
How to record so that they cannot delete or damage the record? Is this only possible via the internet? How to record via the Internet to a remote service? And if I record through broadcasting to a remote service, will the video be deleted when attacked, if those who seized the phone remove the battery from it, or go to this service and delete all the files there? The attackers would force me to enter the password for the phone or whatever, if it was there. I recorded on a regular camera from the phone, which did not work when the password was on. And the Autoboy program will not record video if the battery is removed from a working phone.
Additional question: is it possible to recover a damaged video file of the attack itself? It weighs 113MB.
3gp format, file on memory card, restored by Recuva.
And where is the best place to go if recovery is possible?
