How to record system audio in macOS while still controlling output audio volume?

There is a task: to record the system sound not from the microphone built into the laptop, but simply the system sound alone, while it is necessary to be able to adjust the sound output to the speakers / headphones .

Options like SoundFlower and BlackHole work in a very specific way - when you start using them as recording and output, they do not allow you to increase the volume of the system sound. (Maybe there is an option how to fix this, I don’t know, please help).

Movavi's version with their Screen Recorder and ACE (Audio Capture Engine) doesn't work for two simple reasons: it's a paid program and it's quite cut down in terms of recording.

Since there is some hypothetical option for recording the sound of the system, while being able to adjust the outgoing sound, then there is the possibility of somehow doing it in a different way. Maybe it's worth somehow pulling that ACE from Movavi or something like that.

Please help solve this problem. Well, I don’t want to change the OS because of such a problem or even buy an additional Windows PC for this task.
