How to record sound from applications in Win10?

Interested in software for rare recording of various audio programs, music from programs in Windows 10.
For example, for recording audio fragments from youtube.
I used the built-in recorder from the AIMP player for this purpose, but then I was surprised to find that this recorder is missing in new versions of AIMP :(
