How to record signals from ports in MK MC68HC11E9?

When connecting sensors (giving a signal 1 or 0) to port B (or another port that can work as an input), you need to write the value from this input to a specific ROM cell or find out in which cell this value is stored (MK MC68HC11E9). Actually how it works in this MK.

@Neuroware

the question is formulated incomprehensibly, the question is how to do it or how to calculate it?
In any case, why use a monster like this if you don't even know how to read data from ports on it. If it's just for diy, then it's better to look at arduino and the like, of which there are a lot.
