How to reconnect the modem?

Hello.
It is required to reconnect the HUAWEI E3372h-153 modem via a bat file (to change the ip address). And I don’t rummage in cmd / bat at all. Can anyone help me reconnect?

Purely through cmd I'm afraid that nothing. At a minimum, you need a terminal of type putty, and initialize reconnection via AT commands.
