How to recognize video/audio to text?

Tough with English. It would be great to recognize English in text. Even found a great solution. Using a virtual audio cable, we simulate a microphone, launch https://www.google.com/intl/en/chrome/demos/speech.html
And tadan! The text is being typed. So I translated one video course. It broke off true every ~ 5 minutes, but it was not critical.
I decided to recognize the second video course. Recognition breaks after 30 seconds :) This is a madhouse)
How to overcome this?
Or are there any viable alternatives?
Update: Found a solution. You just need to pause from time to time :)
