How to recognize objects on an already recognized image element?

Hello. Now I am working on the task of recognizing a person in a photo, as well as determining the presence of acne on his face. It was possible to determine a person by training a convolutional neural network in Keras, but I don’t know how to further determine whether he has acne or not.
Do I need to select an area with a face and then analyze its texture using a neural network that was trained on photographs of skin areas with acne? How can I do that?
