How to receive money for consulting services from foreign clients?

I know that this question has been asked many times, but every year everything is constantly changing =(

I want to provide consulting services (website reviews) for foreign clients. And besides that, sell a book.

All the services that I know, like Gumroad, transfer money on paypal. I heard that this is a hemorrhoid option. But there are no others left.

Previously, the Paddle -> Payoneer -> Wiretransfer scheme worked on my account. But you can’t sell consultations in Paddle, only digital products (books are allowed).

I have Payoneer, but it cannot just be replenished with a card, so it will not be convenient for customers (or even impossible).

Do I understand correctly that the only option is to open an IP and link it to a paypal business account, and then it will be possible to make an appointment? Or are there other options? I've never dealt with taxes, so I'm worried :) In principle, I'm ready to pay, the question is that there is no stable income yet, and again I don't know the pitfalls.

Thanks in advance

There is such a wonderful thing: https://wise.com/ru . The customer can pay with his card, but you can receive money on the account or on the card.

I can help you solve this issue and connect your account to receive payments through the company =) I can also help you open an account at: https://wise.com/ru and register you there as an employee or partner, the company itself will be mine, but the money will go to your account under your full control =)

Become self-employed, after which you can safely receive money on your card, by a regular bank transfer using the card account details, do not forget to save only 4% for paying tax.
