First of all, what protocol do you use to receive mail? POP3? if so, then set the desired check time in the settings, or even better, set up receiving mail via IMAP.

If you need to view mail as if it were one mailbox, I recommend just forwarding it. On mail.ru, it seems like this feature is present ("Forward a copy of the message to the address:...") it should be much faster, but in this case there will definitely not be "feedback" i.e. as an example, letters are marked as read only on the final mailbox from which the letter was read. In another case, it's easier to connect several boxes to one application and read separately.
