How to receive information from a site that does not have a mailing list?

Or is it there, but you only want to receive letters for a couple of keywords, and the site sends everything and sends everything every day?
Or even worse trying to "guess" what you want to know?
Does anyone have their own bikes? Or do you know any serious services?

Look towards Yahoo! Pipes . This is quite an interesting development for aggregating and analyzing content.
