Hi guys!
One foreign affiliate must make a one-time payment. They transfer only to Paypal. Opened an account, linked a card. All payments bounce.
What to do? How to be?

PayPal may restrict your account if it seems suspicious to them.
To be able to receive payments, you need to confirm the added card.
Without passport verification, all accepted payments will be automatically converted into rubles, it is impossible to receive dollars until the level is raised (after passport verification).
