How to receive extracts from SBBOL automatically?

Nowhere did I find a way to receive extracts from SBBOL in automatic mode. There are articles on the format of the statement file and there are articles on setting up, but there is no information on how to still receive statements from the site.
There is no need to throw links to this: business-and-banks.ru/publ/biznes_i_sberbank/sberb...
At least some script would be thrown, even without a difference in what language, I will try to deal with any language.

Arsen, did you contact Sberbank support? I have no contact with them, I contacted technical support, and I could not get anything intelligible from them. I do not receive answers to letters from SBBOL! I think not a very good bank for automating processes.
If they give any API, we will definitely implement it.
