Task - 1
I want to launch several identical online stores in different cities of Russia, so that customers can call the (local) number indicated there, but the person who is in my office in Minsk would answer them ... I want that -wish my call center was nearby.
Task - 2
Online requests also come in, for which you need to call back. It is necessary to make it so that it would be possible to call from Minsk to any city in Russia, but they displayed their (local) number indicated in the online store ...

Is it really possible to implement this?

It's simple, go to any telephony provider and buy a number and install a sip client
